1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Purchases cannot be returned for exchange*, credit, or refunds.
2. We want you to be satisfied and confident with your purchase(s) from Trini’s Treasures. We double check all items for defects prior to shipping. *If you receive an item(s) that is defective or different from your original order, Trini’s Treasures will exchange the item(s) for the original item(s) ordered or an item(s) of equal or lesser value. All exchanges must be postmarked within fifteen (7) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition. All tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your exchange. Exchanges made after fifteen (7) days of receipt, will NOT be accepted.
Please email us at email@example.com for an exchange authorization number prior to mailing the package.
Please include the exchange authorization number along with nature of the defect in your exchange package.
Exchanges must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. Exchange packages MUST be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise, and must include tracking or delivery confirmation. Trini’s Treasures is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Please pack exchanges with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will NOT be accepted.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
